Eine Wave ist eine musikalische „Welle“ verschiedener Musikrichtungen. Sie beginnt langsam und meditativ, steigert sich hin bis zu einem rhythmischen Höhepunkt, bevor das Tempo wieder ruhiger wird und in Stille endet.
Die Heilfrequenz 432 Hz führt direkt zum Unterbewusstsein und verhilft zu tiefer Entspannung.
